Can I exchange or return an item if I’ve ordered the wrong size or changed my mind?
Yes! If you want to exchange or return any physical items such as CDs, Vinyls, items of clothing or posters, that’s no problem, we’re not gonna judge, simply fill in our contact form to let us know within 30 days of receiving your order. After we’ve emailed you our returns instructions and address, please send the item(s) back to us within 14 days. Once we’ve received the item(s) in their original condition, we’ll arrange for replacement(s) to be delivered to you if you want an exchange, or we’ll give you a full refund if you just want to return them.
Unfortunately, we can’t accept returns or exchanges for digital downloads unless there’s a fault (see below).
Please take care when packaging your item(s) to send back to us. Any items you want to return or exchange will remain your responsibility until they reach us in their original condition. Please note that you are responsible for paying any delivery charges for sending items back to us. We recommend that you send the item(s) via Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or other reputable tracked courier service. Returned items must not show any signs of wear, alteration, misuse or damage and must not be washed or we may not be able to exchange free of charge or offer a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
Fill in our contact form to let us know as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll let you know if it can be cancelled. If your request is successful, we’ll cancel your order and give you a full refund. If we’re unable to cancel your order or if you want to cancel after it has been dispatched, you’ll need to wait for it to be delivered, then return any items to us via the returns process above. Unfortunately, unless there’s a fault (see below), we can’t accept cancellations for digital downloads as they are made available to you immediately after purchase.
Can I amend my order?
You may be able to amend your order if we haven’t dispatched it yet. Fill in our contact form to let us know as soon as possible after placing your order and we’ll let you know if it can be amended.
What if an item has arrived faulty?
We take care to make sure your items are sent to you in perfect condition and all items are inspected before being dispatched, however, whilst rare, a faulty item may slip through. Simply fill in our contact form to let us know within 14 days of receiving the item. We’ll ask you to describe, and upload one or more photos clearly showing the fault. We’ll then arrange for a replacement to be sent out to you free of charge.
If your item is showing obvious signs of transit damage upon delivery, please refuse to accept delivery and let us know immediately. If damage is only evident upon opening of packaging, then you must inform as soon as possible after delivery. In either case, we’ll arrange re-delivery of replacement items as soon as possible.
Do you charge for delivering replacement items?
If the item is faulty, we’ll replace it free of charge. If you want to exchange an item, (e.g. because you’ve changed your mind or would like a different size), we’ll send you the replacement order via Royal Mail Second Class delivery free of charge.
