How much does delivery cost?

UK: £2.95

Europe: £4.95

Rest of the world: £9.95

(No delivery charge for digital only orders) 

How will my order be sent to me?

All orders of physical items are sent via Royal Mail Second Class delivery. If you’ve ordered a digital download, you’ll receive a download link in your order confirmation email. If you’ve created an account on our website, you’ll be able to login and download your music files immediately after paying for your order. 

When will my items be dispatched?

Physical items will be dispatched within 7 days of placing your order. Digital files will be available to download immediately after payment.

Will I be able to track my order after dispatch?

Sorry, we don’t currently offer tracking with your orders. However, we will email you to let you know when your order has been dispatched.

When will my order be delivered?

Royal Mail quote their Second Class delivery service as taking 2 to 3 working days for UK deliveries, 2 to 5 working days for Europe and 5 to 7 days for the rest of the world. All delivery times are estimates and are subject to our 7 day turnaround time before dispatch.

What if my order doesn’t arrive?

Whilst rare, sometimes parcels can go missing in the post. We advise you wait 10 working days (for UK addresses) or 28 working days (outside the UK) before contacting us. Royal Mail will deem a parcel as lost if not delivered within these windows.

If an order hasn’t arrived, we always recommend checking at your local Post Office and confirming your address before contacting us. We must be notified within 30 days of any orders that haven’t arrived, after this time we cannot replace any orders free of charge. Fill in our contact form to let us know if your order hasn’t arrived.

Do you deliver worldwide?

Yes, please note that for deliveries outside the EU, additional customs duty charges may apply. These charges are out of our control and you’ll need to pay them according to the import duty process in your country.

Do you accept returns or exchanges?

Yes, just let us know you want to return or exchange an item within 30 days of receiving your order. See our Returns & Exchanges page for more info.
